Wellbeing

Mantras and Chants
Mantras and chants are syllables, words, or phrases that are repeated over and over again, either out loud or in the mind. In many spiritual and religious traditions, mantras and chants are used as a means of focusing the mind, cultivating concentration, and achieving a state of meditation or contemplation. They can also be used to invoke a particular deity or energy, or to manifest a specific intention or goal. Mantras and chants can be spoken in any language, and are often associated with specific traditions or practices. Some people find that repeating mantras and chants helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace and clarity.
Enlightenment is not just one state
